Arbitration

Arbitration can be an attractive alternative of litigation in front of state courts, if you would like to save time and money, and you want to settle the dispute confidentially.

In international matters we represent our clients in front of the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, or in arbitral proceedings of other international arbitration institutions, like the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).

In domestic disputes we represent you in front of all of the 3 Hungarian arbitration centers.

• In case of commercial matters in front of the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
• Where the dispute concerns agricultural activity, we represent our clients in front of the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber for Agriculture,
• in sport related matters we act in front of the Sport Permanent Arbitration Court.
