About Richard
Richard is recognised as a skilled and solution-driven attorney who provides clients with a prompt and efficient legal advice.
Besides seeing all the pieces of a legal puzzle, he has the ability to focus only on those things that really count, without wasting time on the unimportant. Familiar with both the courtroom and the boardroom, his advice represents added value to any discussion.
Richard is graduated from the Faculty of Law of Budapest, Hungary, and acquired his LL.M degree in International and European Business Law in Belgium.
Believing that legal theory and practice are indivisible, besides supporting his Alma mater as a university lecturer, Richard frequently publishes articles in contemporary issues of dispute resolution and commercial law.
Richard is enrolled as arbitrator at the commercial section of the Hungarian Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Richard is an arbitrator listed by the Vienna International Arbitration Court.
Richard acts as a Board Member of Intenational Law Firms (ILF), a worldwide network of more than 70 independent law firms from 50+ jurisdictions.
His hobbies include, playing the piano, he is also fond of classic and contemporary jazz.

About Péter
Joined the firm in 2018, after passing the bar exam in 2022, he is the fresh attorney-at-law of the office. After gaining experience as a trainee lawyer, Peter is now involved in more complex legal cases and coordinates several projects. His main areas are labour law and international trade and he represented Clients with success in front of Hungarian courts and authorities in many other areas as well.
Besides his lawyer qualification, Peter is a certified Data Protection Officer and has legal English language qualification.
In addition to legal counselling, he frequently contributes to the SMARTLEGAL Newsletter with his great writings.
Being an original thinker, his opinion always gives added value to the solution of our clients’ legal issues.

As a trainee lawyer, she participates mainly by assisting the others in the preparation of the cases and in the development of legal summaries written about issues raised by clients.
She is mostly involved in labour law matters, but she also advises clients in the field of commercial & corporate law, or represent clients in front of courts.
Agnes regularly writes articles in SMARTLEGAL Newsletters, mainly in connection with labour law topics.
Agnes, like many members of the firm, has been playing the piano since childhood, and she prefers to travel in her free time.
